If you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong items, please email us at email@example.com before you start the return process within 7days of delivery. You may be asked to return the item or provide a digital photo to help us determined if the item is defective or has became damage due to misuse or careless handing. Please contact us within 7days of delivery, more than 7 days is deemed to waive the right of refund.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, but we’re happy to offer extended returns. If you order the wrong size or style or don’t match to listing, please contact us and we will aid you in returning any unused / not tried –on item(s) for exchange. When we have got returned item(s) from you, we reserve right to determine if any item has been worn or tried on .additional shipping charges may apply.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is refunded. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
